Refund policy

At Snuggy World, we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items for a replacement within 14 days of receiving them, provided that the goods are in "as new" condition. Please note that Snuggy World does not offer refunds but only exchanges if you are not satisfied.

How to Return a Defective Item
We strive to ensure that all products shipped to our customers are in the best possible condition. If your product is defective, please contact us via email at office@snuggyworld.co.uk before returning the item. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photos of the package box and the defective item, or a video if applicable.

If the product malfunctions (excluding issues caused by incorrect usage, accidental, or intentional damage), you can return it to us. Upon receiving the returned item, we will replace it free of charge. Snuggy World will cover the shipping fees both ways. Once we receive and approve the return, a replacement will be sent to you, and we will reimburse your shipping costs once you provide a receipt for the shipping charges you incurred (including the tracking number of the return package or a screenshot of the shipping receipt).

How to Return Non-Defective Products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us by email at office@snuggyworld.co.uk before returning any items. You can return a product, unused, within 14 days after delivery to receive a replacement. If the return is not due to our error, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs both ways. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging and with all accessories, in the same condition as when you received it.
